Leptothrix discophora of Late September—1

October 3, 2014

What a bonanza day for photographs was this past Saturday, September 27. After driving around, finding barns and the lone tree, I returned to my old haunt, the Vermilion River. I crossed over to the side I don’t get to photograph as much as I like and found Leptothrix discophora films galore.

    • Exactly what I think when I find it like this, Ken. Glad you like this stuff, too.

  2. That has a strangely ethereal, floating quality to it, Linda. One of the best of this series on Leptothrix

  3. Thank you, Andy. To echo Ken (see his comment above), I was in heaven when I found this patch.
