Nice ripples.. Small stones perchance? 🙂

Thanks, feralc4t. No, no small stones. We really don’t have small stones in this part of the country, odd as that sounds to this Northerner. Nor big ones—except the bedrock. The ripples are from the water flowing over bits of leaves and branches submerged in the sand. I don’t throw things in water to make ripples, but when I bemoaned the still surface of a pond we stood next to, my daughter threw in a stick. I couldn’t resist, and took the photo. Shots like this are irresistible. I hope to shoot scenes like this after the thaw.

They are irresistible. I may overdo them, but, as you say, they’re irresistible.

Fine water-set! I love water; and to photograph water as well. (hit category ‘water’ on my blog, if you like). See you!

Thank you, Harrie. As you probably could tell, I spent a long time looking at your blog yesterday. I love your work. I will go back today and look at the photos in your water category.
